We have not yet completed the desired sales of the Signature Communications division. While this division with sales, service and leases, two-way radio communications equipment is profitable on a stand-alone basis, we have not yet located a buyer despite a concerted effort to do so.
The Company sold its wholly owned subsidiary, Destron Fearing, in July of 2011 to Allflex USA, Inc.
